So the lady friend and I made

some root beer jello. Interesting! Next time we need to boil the root beer and add that to the cold root beer instead of boiling water for more flavor. Pretty deece!

I just finished a 6-hour drive back to the town I grew up in to hang with the GF’s family and some relatives for Thanksgiving. While the origin of the holiday may be controversial, we LOVE the food associated with it and catching up with people we don’t get to see too often.

I started this blog not long ago and we already have so many readers and people stoked

on the ROOTBEERLIFE. This Thanksgiving we are thankful for you guys, our friends. Thanks for reading our shit and supporting us.

Now for the fun part, send in photos of all your Thanksgiving meal spreads and we’ll post em up! Bonus points for washing it down with root beer!

I drink a lot of root beer.. obviously. I have tried tons of different kinds from all over the country but I find the best ones at local breweries and not in a bottle or can. Awhile ago I pitted the St. Francis Root Beer against the KBC Root Beer and I declared the St. Francis brew the winner. I got the chance to hop up to Milwaukee again on Friday night and hit up the restaurant & brewery for some dinner and tasty treats with my dudes Andy E and Kuntz.
